Tryouts begin April 21st, and the full schedule is posted to our website at https://ladygens.ca/Tryouts/
The registration to Tryouts is now closed, with exception of U13 players and for GOALIES for U9B, U11B, U13B, U15B and U18B
Please contact the coach in your division if any questions in regards.
Checking IN
All registrants are required to register at the tryout table prior to EVERY session. Pinnies or jerseys will be assigned. Make sure that following the session, these are returned to an executive member on site.
Permission to Tryout (PTT) from another association: The APPROVED PTT must be shown to the executive prior to going out to the tryout. We cannot allow a registrant to participant if this form is not available. The PTT must be obtained by your Home Association Registrar. All registrants, Competitive or House League, who are currently registered to another OWHA sanctioned association will require this.
Tryout Process to Announce Success to move on to Tryout 2 or 3 of a division – Registrant PIN
Each player has a personal identification number (PIN), as assigned when you registered to OGHA Tryouts on your confirmed email. This number is found below the registrant’s name. If you cannot locate this number, please ask the staff at the check in table. (see Example at end of this document)
This PIN is to be kept confidential and is very important to remember as it will indicate if your daughter has advanced to the next tryout.
Following each tryout session, the successful players will be announced on our website, under menu Tryouts 2025/2026 > Tryout Results.
If this PIN number is displayed, the player moves on to the next tryout date in that same division.
If the PIN number is NOT displayed, the player is removed from continuing in that division. They may continue to the division below, starting with Tryout 1 date of that division.
