PERMISSION TO SKATE

Players looking to skate or try-out for other associations, must first submit the Permission to Tryout form. The OWHA Permission to Tryout Form has replaced the Permission to Skate. This form must be completed by the registrar, or designate member, of the players current association and presented to the association for which the player wishes to tryout before she is allowed on the ice. Failure to comply will result in a minimum two game suspension for the offending player and/or head coach. Click here to view Important Information of When to get a Permission to Tryout.

LADY GENS CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory items that Rep players must have for the next season (if you already have these items, you do not need to replace):

• Game Uniform consists of: Home and Away Jerseys and Socks (socks must be replaced yearly). Pant shell.
• Apparel of: Warm up suit. Under Armour pants and jacket. Under Armour T-shirt and Hoodie.
• Hockey Bag - NEW style (previous season bags must be replaced)
