The Oshawa Lady Generals Announces Jamie Minchella as U13AA Head Coach for 2026–2027 Season!
Oshawa Girls Hockey Association is excited to announce that
Jamie Minchella will be returning as
Head Coach of our
U13AA team for the 2026/2027 season.
Jamie’s continued leadership reflects his strong commitment to player development, team success, and building a positive culture within our program.
With several years of experience coaching girls’ hockey at the AA level, Jamie has a proven track record of developing skilled and confident athletes while leading competitive teams to success. Over the course of his coaching career, Jamie has guided teams to multiple tournament medals and a provincial championship — a testament to his ability to inspire, develop, and compete at the highest level.
Jamie’s coaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their potential. He prioritizes skill development and competition, while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork—values that extend well beyond the rink.
His commitment to leadership, sportsmanship, and team culture has made a lasting impact on many players and families, and we are proud to have him continue to lead our U13AA program.
